Paid subscribers can add a pack: 250 leads · $35 or 1,000 leads · $120. Pack leads last 12 months. A pack is never cheaper per lead than a plan, so upgrading is always the better deal when you need more every month.

A new lead for each bounce

  • · Applies to a hard bounce (the address doesn't exist) on the lead's first send through Hailyo.
  • · The lead was verified by Hailyo no more than 14 days before that send. Older leads are re-checked free before their first send.
  • · Your sending domain passed SPF, DKIM and DMARC when it sent.
  • · Not covered: soft bounces, blocks by the receiving server, leads you imported.
  • · Up to 10% of that month's verified leads. Each one shows as a line on your ledger, linked to the lead.

First-month guarantee

If more than 3% of the leads Hailyo verified hard-bounce in your first paid month, with at least 50 emails sent, ask and we refund that month's $49. This is money back, on top of the new leads.

Do unused leads roll over?
Yes. Leads from your plan last for 2 billing cycles, and your balance of plan leads is capped at 3× your monthly leads. Hailyo always uses the leads that expire soonest first.
When does a bounce give me a lead back?
When a lead Hailyo verified hard-bounces (the address doesn't exist) on its first send through Hailyo, it was verified no more than 14 days before that send, and your sending domain passed SPF, DKIM and DMARC at the time. Soft bounces, blocks by the receiving server and imported leads don't count. Credits are capped at 10% of that month's verified leads. Leads older than 14 days are re-checked free before their first send.
What is the first-month guarantee?
If more than 3% of the leads Hailyo verified hard-bounce during your first paid month (with at least 50 emails sent), ask us and we refund that month's $49. This is a money refund, separate from the lead you get back for each bounce.
How does the $1 Test Drive renew?
It lasts 30 days with 100 leads, 2 mailboxes and 1 seat. Then it becomes Starter at $49/month for 250 leads unless you cancel. You'll get a reminder 7 days before the first charge. One Test Drive per business. Upgrading during the Test Drive ends it and starts the full plan price straight away.
Can I buy more leads?
Paid subscribers can add 250 leads for $35 or 1,000 leads for $120. Pack leads last 12 months. Packs aren't available during the Test Drive.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my leads?
Cancel online in Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Unused leads expire 30 days after the subscription ends, and the leads you already found are yours to export any time, even after you cancel.
Who can buy, and in what currency?
Hailyo sells to businesses only, in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where your business is. The seller is Ravinaro LLC-FZ (United Arab Emirates).
