Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026 · Provided by Ravinaro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
1. Why this exists
Hailyo sends email from your own mailboxes, but the safety of every customer's sending depends on all of us. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination without refund. Version 2026-10-16.
2. Send only lawful, relevant business email
- Contact people only where you have a lawful basis to, under the law that applies to them, and where your message is relevant to their role or business.
- Use your real identity, an honest subject line and accurate sender details. Include a working opt-out and, where the law requires, your postal address.
- Honour every opt-out and objection immediately, and never contact a suppressed address again.
- Review every AI-written email before it is sent. You are responsible for what it says.
3. Not allowed
- Purchased, rented, shared or harvested email lists, and importing lists you have no right to use.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited email to consumers, or mail sent to people who did not opt in where the law requires consent.
- Phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, or false or misleading headers, subjects, sender names or claims.
- Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or anything illegal, defamatory or infringing.
- Promoting regulated or high-risk offers without the licences and disclosures the law requires (for example, financial, health, gambling, crypto or debt services).
- Getting around sending caps, rate limits, daily ramps, suppression lists, unsubscribe links or other safety features, or using many accounts to do so.
- Scraping or automated access to Hailyo outside our API, probing or testing its security without written permission, or interfering with other customers.
- Using Hailyo to build a competing product, or reselling it without our written agreement.
- Using Hailyo in breach of sanctions or export-control laws.
4. How we enforce it
We watch complaint, bounce and abuse signals. We may pause sending, hold messages, suspend a mailbox or workspace, or end an account to protect recipients and other customers, usually with notice and sometimes without. Report abuse to [email protected] or [email protected].
